Holidays fully, and I still am looking for a break. In this quest kitchen plays an important role. Southern cooking, Mediterranean is close to my heart. Thus the direction of leave will be somewhere in these areas definitely have soul :) :) southerner. So today I serve chops with couscous and halumi Greek cheese, garnished with tzatziki ... yum :)
Bread pour water after soaking squeeze the excess liquid. Minced meat, bread, parsley, mint and egg mix. Season with salt and pepper. The mass hands knead for 3 min. Meat leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Halumi cheese, cut into cubes. We pour the flour on a plate. With the meat we form the rollers, which fill with cheese. Pour boiling water over the couscous. Pour water so that was slightly above the level of groats. Let stand until all the liquid is absorbed. world street kitchen Grits divide fork, add the remaining ingredients. Oil, cystine and garlic mix. Season with salt and pepper. Pour sauce grits. Adoption of the cold.
Shredded cucumber with salt and leave for approx. 15 minutes, until the water empty. Drain and dry vegetables. Add the garlic and spices. mix with yogurt. Before serving, should stand in the refrigerator about 30 minutes.
