Cookbooks full of Italian cuisine, there are many, but a cookbook which followed an Italian family is not, actually while eating played an important role in Italian families. Saskia Schmitz has experienced this in the eighties herself when she lived at the Esposito family and the book "Ristorante da Gigino at the table with family in Sorrento 'was born.
The book takes you to a unique look behind the scenes of ristorante Da Gigino, but also by the family traditions in natural culinary field. The book is divided into different chapters with names like "pasta is holy," "spore di mare, the taste of the sea 'and' lemon, the taste of sorrento. The book begins after the initiation of the presentation of the Esposito family. Then follow the stories interspersed with photos and recipes. The recipes are authentic Italian recipes, corner cabinet which are served at home and in the restaurant.
