That the Milanese love American cuisine, it is definitely established. And the desire to enjoy the 'American good food pushes the curious to try their hand at preparing their favorite dishes USA. We know, since our Cooking Lab, with a program of over 40 different laboratories throughout the year, it is popular with both beginners and enthusiasts from foodie.
Precisely for this reason, and to the many requests for more information we receive, we have devised a program of special lectures at American Autumn. American Cooking Master - Masterpieces of 50's - 70's American Cuisine are master cabinet maker of traditional American cuisine, the duration of a day, to deepen the foundations cabinet maker of culinary traditions USA. The focus is on preparations from the Fifties to the Seventies, including the famous Thanksgiving dinner: the recipes are taken from the most famous of American families Recipe books, classics publishing food handed down between cabinet maker generations.

The tuition fee includes, in addition to the apron and the recipe of the day, the lunch buffet, an afternoon coffee break and the award of the diploma. Each participant will have, as in all our laboratories, their single workstation with the ingredients and utensils needed and may realize, with the guidance cabinet maker of our chef, all stages of the preparations of the program. As always, in addition, each student can then take home all the dishes and the products created.

Thanks for your interest! Sorry we're not able to secure a spot for the Saturday sessions. These events are related to the American Autumn festival, which ends in February. Thank you for your appreciation cabinet maker and for your enthusiasm. Unfortunately we do not organize courses of professional, but the workshops that we hold the Cooking Lab cater to fans more or less experienced. They are nevertheless experiences in which even those who already have a vast knowledge of the cuisine can learn a lot.
