So it is of course sometimes :) right now I

After diligently searching both in thrift stores and regular stores I was about to give up. Can it really be so hard to find a plastfri, just the right size and handy spatula? When I was just next had given up hope, Tomas came home with the perfect gift. A spatula in steel with wooden handle. Good luck if you want to reduce the plastic in the kitchen! Now I also found another one spatula of wood and steel at the flea market cupboard design this weekend for a few bucks, so the wretched plastic spatula is now definitely slung! cupboard design
Plastic and heat is notoriously not the best, rather worst combination cupboard design in the kitchen because the plastic then leak more chemicals than otherwise. Because of that, I try to minimize the plastic in the kitchen. Teflon is not at all funny stuff ... Neither the manufacture or when we use it, but I hope it also is widely known? So therefore we go pans are cast iron. We have both a large heavy conventional boiler, but also a small lightweights! It is much lighter than usual because, in a new way, cast thinner without altering or impairing the frying properties. It is thus no longer blame the cast iron weight to stick to the Teflon. If now is not the health and environmental reasons is heavy enough to switch it off.

I have also looking for a long time, but finally found the coop (I think it was). The problem is that we still have our Teflon pans, so now I'm interested in what it is for a lightweight you talking about? Have otherwise been into buying a ceramic but this is maybe better?

Inspired by you, I finally stepped away to ErikshjÀlpen yesterday and came home with two spatulas similar to yours on the spot for the nice price of 10 SEK. each. And since I finally cupboard design milled from my cast iron pan cooked dinner in it, fry paddles to glory. Sometimes it's good to kick in the butt! Thanks for that.
