Just thought I'd share with you my best purchases of the kitchen stuff I use a lot when I bake and make baking a little easier simply. So, in no particular order, here are my 10 favorites:
- Fine mesh strainer. Occurs often in my recipes, especially when it will be made fruit purees and sjudna creams. Important that it is really fine mesh, with a 'regular' room designer strainer must not remove any lumps / seeds etc. To strain the fruit purees, incidentally my hatgrej what comes to baking, so incredibly boring chore. But necessary, when doing eg mousses. room designer
- Wave. I do not know how I managed without. Weighing the ingredients make sure you get them more precise, room designer I use although usually dl / tbs / pinches etc in my recipes. But some things are hard to measure these dimensions, and then the scale is indispensable.
- Tyllar (+ Liquor disposable bags). One does not have very many, but to invest in some really good tyllar I really recommend, will be so much easier to get great looking cupcakes and cakes. I have 3-4 that I use often and a bunch of used a little more often. If one wants to use liquor room designer bags in plastic (disposable) or in fabric is a matter of taste, but I prefer plastic.
- Ice Cream Maker. You can make delicious ice cream without ice cream machine, but tastes the best, I think it will be by machine. You do not need expensive one, there are many good which is a bit cheaper. When you make ice cream without ice cream machine you use often much cream, but ice cream in ice cream machine can be done in less cream and more milk. Which gives a lower fat content, room designer and in my opinion, a fresher taste.
- Spatulas and slickepottar in various designs and sizes. Good to so very much, and that's probably the tool most used in my kitchen. The favorite is the greatest in the picture, from Rice. It is supreme when to move fillings / frostings etc to a piping bag.
- Zestjärn. One can make use of a standard cheese grater to grate the zest, but a zestjärn room designer is the absolute best. This from Microplane is absolutely amazing! Also one thing that I wonder how I survived so long without me. In the next post on the blog, you can win just this zestjärn, in a contest, I will be in collaboration with Succeed with food. So look out for it!
- Drop grille. Awesome room designer when to dip the truffles or other candies in chocolate, put them on drip grid and let excess chocolate drip down onto a plate underneath. For just truffles, it is convenient to have a special dipping spoon or dip fork too, so you avoid all the mess.
- Spatula in metal. room designer I use this when I spackles cakes, to get it really smooth and nice and to get sharp edges. One can also use it to make chocolate decorations, remove, rolled cakes from the substrate and of course keep your workbench clean and nice. A multi-tool simply.
- Thermometer. Invaluable when to make caramel sauce, vanilla ice cream, glass batter, butterscotch meringue buttercream and much more. This particular image I recommend however, it is about to give up altogether, so I'm looking for someone room designer better. And so amazingly good as you might think it's not having a thermometer and ladle in one. I have mostly taken from the thermometer and used it as it is.
- Kitchen Machine. Bake much, I think it's almost a must to have a machine. It facilitates something incredible. Eg can do several things at once when you do not have to stand and hold in an electric room designer mixer. Extremely nice when you'll whisk butter cream in 10-15 minutes. And although it gives a certain feeling that kneading dough by hand, so it is much easier to do in the machine, and gives tastier bread moreover, I think.
I buy most of my cookware at online stores like more fun baking Succeed with food, Sprinkles, and other things, room designer Tricity Bendix, cookie jar and a coffee More. Wondering something about one of the tools in this post, so do not hesitate to ask!
