I just Magbabakasyon pinas a few months maybe I'm stuck I have not taken the plaque If you know walk or pay to get the license immediately Ganon Will someone?

CR Means certificate of registration.Dito you can find information's motor, engine no, chassis no, piston displacement, vanity 6 model etc..
